Are dolphins fish? No, Dolphins are mammals. Dolphins are joyful, lovable, and intelligent creatures. They are warm-blooded animals, and they breathe air using lungs like us. According to current data, nearly 40 species of dolphins live around the world. Most of them prefer to live in tropical oceans. Dolphins can also identify objects around them using echolocation.

How to Draw a Dolphin

Step-by-step guides for drawing a Dolphin.

Step – 1

How to Draw a Dolphin step 01
Start from the dolphin’s face. Using a “U”-shaped line, draw out the beak of the dolphin and depict the dolphin’s eye using curved lines.

Step – 2

How to Draw a Dolphin step 02
Draw out the body of the dolphin. Draw the forehead and back of the body using a long curved line. Draw the belly using a short curved line. Add a blowhole on the dolphin’s forehead. 

Step – 3

Draw out the pectoral fins (flippers) starting from the belly of the dolphin’s body. And draw the dorsal fin on the middle of the back

Step – 4

Continue the line of the belly using a short curved line.

Step – 5

At the end of the dolphin’s body, draw tail flukes
